I embarked on the Kinetic Chain Rehab Program to strengthen my bones and muscles as I have osteoporosis.I had frequent backaches due to my weak back and I often experienced tightness in my neck and my knees hurt when walking for too long.What the Rehab sessions did was to help me release the tight knots in the different muscles groups, after which I learned the different stretching and muscles strengthening techniques. After several sessions, I no longer experience pain on my neck, much less pain on my back and knees. Each session is recorded and I am empowered to continue improving and strengthening my body, doing the rehab sessions at the convenience of my home and on my own time.Jen , my instructor was very patient and focused on helping me with the areas of pain / sore at each session.. Her goal was to ensure I no longer suffer the pains that I used to complain and on this , she did a great job.Although I hesitated initially on signing up for this program, after going through the sessions, , I have no regret and would recommend to anyone who is considering a program to help release their body pains and aches

My shoulder pain started 2 years ago, a sudden sharp pain at the back of my left shoulder. The pain was so unbearable that I could not even stand up straight or walk properly.My daily life and work performance were affected so much that I started having sleepless nights.I quickly sought help from TCM to relieve my body pain and visited them about 6 times for the same upper body back pain. It helps to relieve my pain temporarily but my pain would come back again.I chance upon Christojen rehabilitation program, I started to understand and have awareness of my body condition and they provide a personalized solution to target my frozen shoulder issue.After attending their program, I'm finally free from body pain and able to start playing my sport again.Strongly recommended! If you experience any chronic pain or tightnesses muscles. They are really good and willing to share their knowledge to help you out.

A very big thank you to Chris & Jen. They really equipped me with the knowledge of releasing muscles tension& strengthening methods.I actually had scoliosis and I injured my right hip & right ankle. And that makes me slowly losing my hobbies; dance, badminton & shopping. I can't walk for long..feel so terrible. I tried TCM, physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic, etc.TCM - after I walk back to MRT, the bone start to move back liao.Rehab - rehab my ankle only, then they ask me build up my butt muscles. But too pain liao how to build?原始点 - really help to reduce but need to tahan the pain while massaging. It was very good but it's at Malaysia. (Due to covid, can't go)çƒæ•· - sleep on hot blanket can help to soften my muscles n reduce the pain but becos it's hot, I sweat alot even my head also sweat then my scalp start to rash then sensitive n alot of hair drop..cos scalp red red sensitiveplace many pillow ard me so I can't turn when I slp, place the big pillow between my thigh to prevent hip pain.After 2 weeks training with Chris & Jen, my hip pain really gone. I seriously feel lighter and I can walk longer. But once I slacken down and not releasing all my tight muscles, I feel the pain slowly coming back. So means it's really all the tight muscles that is causing all those pains. Now I know how to stop those pains from coming back to me.I strongly recommend those who having body pain. It is a life time skill set that I learn from ChristoJen that change the quality of my life and now I know how to solve my body pain when I feel there is tightness.

I have no regrets signing up the training conducted by ChristoJen. I will benefit from it for life!I am taught how to release, stretch and strengthen my muscles. I have been having upper and lower back pain for many years. I went for chiropractic adjustments and TCM massages for more than 5 years but they can only relieved my backpain problem temporarily.After more than 2 months with ChristoJen, my backpain is almost all gone. Thank you, Jenniser for your patience and imparting all the right techniques to apply on my body, and especially it helps to relieve my backpain problem! I can now stand and walk longer without feeling the tightness in my lower back!

Take charge of own health!Inevitably we will encounter with sports injuries and body pain which could be due to our poor habits and lazy lifestyle.The knowledge and skills I acquired from ChristoJen is able to help me release body tension/ tightness and thus relieve my body pain with the tools they provide, especially the massage ball. I am also trained on how to strengthen the weak muscles to keep myself fit again!Trainer Chris is friendly, patient and encouraging throughout the sessions. I am on the road to recovery with confidence in their program.The best thing is, with their tools and their knowledge, I am able to self treat as and when I feel body aches. This is a one time investment with benefits for a lifetime!
